Before you start read this guide carefully.

 iPhone 3Gs New Baseband Flash Chip

The new NOR chip which is mass produced by Intel/Numonyx has the model of either 36MY1EH or 36MY1EF , it's not compatible with iPad baseband 06.15.00,it's same type of chip used on iPhone 4.

You can check this by looking at your iPhone 3GS serial number :

The 3rd,4th and 5th digital of the serial number represent the week and year the logic board was produced.

3rd digit : year .

4th and 5th digits : week

For example , if your number is : xx129xxxxxxxxxxx so your logic board was produced in year 2011,week 29th - not compatible with iPad baseband .

Or use iPhone tools like idetector -  By:chevli etc.

100% Safe procedure Before proceed Update iPad baseband 6.15 better to dismantle iPhone & check Ic value.

If this software shows like that shows on below you can flash iPad Baseband 06.15.00.

Green sign is ok .

Guide how to use

Restore or update your mobile to last version ios 6.1.6

Then power of your iPhone close iTunes launch redsn0w .

Then select extras

Select ipsw nd select the downloaded ios 6.0 ipsw press back and tap the jailbreak option put your mobile into dfu mode. After found dfu mode it well start to jailbreak your iDevice.Then tick on install cydia and install iPad baseband throw rest of the process and wait for finish job.At that time it may take long process and don`t interrupt the process.If you make process stop mobile imei must be lost and can`t be recover.

After jailbreak your mobile well boot but you cant see cydia in your mobile to get cydia power off your mobile.

Launch redsn0w go to extras select ios 6.0 then press just boot put your mobile into dfu mode after the process done your mobile well be boot and cydia well be installed.

After just boot option cydia is visible as icon.

Update necessary file of cydia.

Now you have to make your jailbreak untethered for that go to cydia 

Search p0sixspwn nd install it now your mobile is untethered .

At last search and install ultrasnow .

Restart mobile 2 times.Now the 3gs unlocked phone in your hand.
