How to repair SM-J500M, E500M,G360M/BT, E700M and P555M No service symptom due to FEMid defect.

2. Background
No service (No signal) of models above mentioned can be caused by FEMid defect.

3. Instruction

Check the below items to verify the root cause whether FEMid component or not.
Enter Dial mode > Input *#0011# > Service Mode

1) MIPI DEVICE FAIL
2) DEVICE MID=0x20c, PID=0x008

1) SM-J500M

- Replace FEMid component (U1001) in case of the above case.

2) SM-E500M

- Replace FEMid component (F1002) in case of the above case.

3) SM-G360M, G360BT

- Replace FEMid component (U1002) in case of the above case.

4) SM-E700M

- Replace FEMid component (U1003) in case of the above case.

5) SM-P555M

- Replace FEMid component (U1000) in case of the above case.

- Check the Service Mode after replace FEMid component if displayed like below.
