Connect to iTunes to enter passcode mode.
I found the new way skip from iPhone is disable to enter passcode mode.
Press v up then v down then keep holding power switch till restart.
Keep holding power switch press v down and hold for 4 sec then release power switch keep holding v down
What have I done then I am success to go to enter passcode option again on iPhone is disabled with connect to iTunes mode.
