Z3x box USB device not recognized solved.

Hello viewers,
I saw a many users got a problem the z3x box USB not recognized while insert on USB.Sometime it working fine.Here is the different ideas to remove such type of problem.
The following ideas is not only for Z3x box it`s for all box.

Must follow:-

• Don`t connect the box at long time while not in use.

• Before connect the phone be alert that the USB port is not shorted especially while connect on Flash HUB.

• Don`t takeout the smart card unnecessarily.

• Don`t use any other USB Hub.

• Connect the device directly one computer port.

• Always use original USB cable to connect the box.

I got a problem then how i solved USB device not recognized

While i open the software of  Z3x box then the computer shows USB not recognized then i realized the fault that is the fault of smart card.

I take out the smart card and insert in to the best smart card dongle no luck.



Then i insert the smart card on Mx-key card reader  then all working fine means the section of smart card detect is damaged on my device.So many people has got a problem like that any way i am also one of the lovers of Z3x box.

So Mx key product is dead now it works for me to awake my Z3x box as a Z3x key.
