Master Reset via Settings:
WARNING! If your iPhone 7 freezes, crashes, underperforms or doesn’t work as intended, you might be able to fix these problems by master resetting the phone. This can result in the deletion of personal data stored on the internal memory, including apps, contacts, downloaded content, media files and ringtones etc. However, data located on the SIM card will not be affected.

Soft Reset via Hardware Buttons:
NOTE: In case your iPhone is unresponsive or doesn’t work properly, you might be able to fix these issues by soft resetting the device. This will not affect any personal data located on the phone’s internal memory.

- Launch “Settings”
- Go to “General”
- Tap “Reset”
- Reset all settings
- Erase all content and settings
- Reset network settings (NOTE: by enabling this option all your Wi-Fi profiles will be deleted)
- Reset keyboard dictionary
- Reset home screen layout
- Reset location & privacy

- Press and hold the “sleep / wake” button
- Press and hold “Home” at the same time
